NRM primaries: List of results

The Ruling party primaries was characterised by missing names of aspirants, late delivery of voting materials, wrong consignments and violence in some constituencies. Preliminary results indicate prominent party members were trailing in the polls that had been called off twice before yesterday. Below is the partial list of results;

Mukono south constituency: Mr Johnson Muyanja Ssenyonga won with 6735 votes beating Rev. Peter Bakaluba Mukasa who got 6612 votes.
Mukono North constituency: Minister Ronald Kibuule won with 7849 votes beating Kenneth Nsubaga who got 5736 votes.
Lcv chairperson: Andrew Ssenyonga won with 33915 votes, beating Tom Johnfisher Kasenge who got 9647 votes and Musa Kigundu with 9367 votes.
Mukono municipality: Ms Fatuma Ndisaba beat Ms Esther Baroma.
Mukono mayor ship: Charles Ssemanda won Gorge Satamaria Kala.
OTHER WINNERS
Katongole Singh was decalred NRM flag bearer for Rubaga North, Kampala district.
Ms Fariidah Mpiima Mayanja won Rubaga South, Kampala.
Freddie Ruhindi won in Nakawa constituency.
Trade minister Amelia Kyambadde won for Mawokota North, Mpigi district.
Daniel Kazibwe was the winner for Kampala mayor.
Simeo Nsubuga emerged winner in the Kasanda South constituency, Mubende district.
Patrick Ogwang was declared the NRM flag bearer in Oyam North, Oyam district.
Okello Engola won in Oyam North while Ms Beatrice Lagada became the party flagbearer for Oyam woman MP.
Asia Nabisere won for Kampala Woman MP.
