Retired Supreme Court judge Karokora dies

KAMPALA- Retired Supreme Court Judge Alfred N. Karokora, has died.
Justice Karokora, according to a family member, died on Friday of high blood pressure.
The family member explained that Karokora, 83, has been nursing high blood pressure ailments.
The condition, however, was worsened by a road accident in Mbarara, three days ago, that left one of his youngest sons in coma.
Justice Karokora died while being taken to a private clinic in Mbarara town.
He retired from the Judiciary in 2006 as a Supreme Court jurist aged 70.
