Braised white cabbage

Braised white cabbage.

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1 large cabbage
250 g spinach
25 g dodo
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons dry sherry or dry white wine
50g frozen prawns (thawed)

Cut the cabbage into two inch slices and chop the spinach and greens. In the meantime, heat the oil in a deep frying pan and add the spring onions. Stir fry for one minute.
Add the cabbage, spinach and dodo and stir over medium heat for a couple of minutes before pouring over the dry sherry and cooking for one minute.
Spoon into a warmed serving dish and serve at once.
