KFC opens new branch at Victoria Mall in Entebbe

Popular fast food joint Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has opened its third branch in Entebbe at Victoria Mall today. The joint already has two other branches located at Village Mall in Bugolobi and Acacia Mall in Kamwokya Kisementi which were opened late last year and early 2014 respectively

The opening of the Entebbe branch was graced by East African franchise owner Mr Simon Schaffer and Uganda General Manager Carol Taylor before a number of people from Entebbe flocked the venue immediately to get a taste of the Chicken.

Speaking at the opening, KFC Uganda Franchise owner, Simon Schaffer, said that KFC’s commitment is to bring value meal deals closer to its customers in Entebbe as well as localising the menu to include the best of the market.

“KFC is well positioned to meet customer needs, whether they are snacking as a group of young hip Ugandans or planning for a family meal.” Mr Schaffer said.

“For those going and coming from the airport, it is going to be easy for you to access an eatery, KFC is strategically located.” Mr Darius Tumusiime the branch manager said, adding “there is no difference with all the other branches in Kampala, what we share in common is the tasty fried chicken.
