Two-bedroomed units on a 50x100ft plot of land

If you seek the services of a professional on how to utilise a 50x100ft plot, they can easily fit two units of two-bedroomed houses on this land. Illustration by Julius Eryenyu Jojo.

You can build two-bedroomed units on a 50x100ft plot of land.

The plans and images presented here are of a simple two-bedroomed house design; this kind of house is suitable for rentals, small families, first house, and many others.
It consists of the following spaces;
1. A sitting room big enough to accommodate a small dining table of four seats.
2. Two bedrooms each with built in wardrobes.
3. Shower and toilet shared by the two bedrooms.
4. Shelves in the lobby for storage.
5. Kitchen porch used for back of house activities.
The area of each room in square metres
This house covers an overall gross area of approximately 90 square metres, and listed down is the size of each room in square metres.
Sitting room 20, master bedroom 18, bedroom number two 15, Washroom 4, Lobby 2, Kitchen 10
You can build three units of this kind on a plot of 50x100, have a small garden in front, and at least a parking lot for each house.

Tip
Areas are important in comparing the sizes of the rooms, determining the quantity of materials need for each space.

Example
If one box of tiles covers one square metres; you just divide the area of a given room by one (area covered by one box) to get the number of boxes of tiles you will need.
In this case, for the sitting room, you will divide 20 square metres by one box, bringing you to 20 boxes of tiles.

Note
All drawings and images shown are only illustrative and shouldn’t be mistaken for actual drawings. Most construction affairs are so technical and can only be carried out or explained by a professional, so don’t stress trying to understand each and everything on your own.
