Kyotera CAO succumbs to high blood pressure

Idris Kasozi Bukenya, Kyotera District Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) has died.
Family members say Kasozi breathed his last on Monday morning shortly after suffering a heart attack at his home in Maganjo, Kawempe in Wakiso District.
Fred Michael Kaweesi, the Kyotera Deputy CAO says he was shocked to receive information about the sudden death of Kasoozi who left work on Friday evening when he was looking healthy and seemed to be fine.
“I last talked to him over the weekend when he had visited his parents in Luwero and he never complained of any illness but I was shocked to receive a call this morning that Kasozi had passed on,” he said.
Charles Njuba Nsimbe, the District Vice Chairperson said Kasozi’s demise is a big loss to the district and the entire Masaka region because he was a very resourceful person.
Preparations for his burial are underway. He will be laid to rest at his ancestral home in Semuto, Kasana in Luwero District at 4pm.
