LIVE: Pilgrims throng Namugongo for Martyrs' Day

Thousands of pilgrims on Saturday thronged Namugongo martyrs shrine to commemorate Uganda Martyrs Day.

June 3 is commemorated annually because of the Uganda Martyrs who were executed because of their faith on the orders of Kabaka Mwanga II, the ruler of the Buganda Kingdom.
