Government asked to invest in climate smart agriculture
Food rights organizations are calling on the government to expedite the review of the country’s food and nutrition policy in a bid to make way for a food and nutrition bill. The call came at a national high-level policy dialogue held in Kampala, where they called for more support to smallholder farmers to enhance their resilience and adoption of smart farming practices and technologies.
